Location was as I wanted and staff was friendly at the...

Location was as I wanted and staff was friendly at the reception. Also Housekeeping was friendly. Public areas as staircase, rooftop and pool was nice.

WiFi wasn’t working for 1,5 days (not a hotels fault as I understood) First room: room in general not clean, mold in the bathroom, TV not working, window in the bathroom not possible to close, cockroaches in the bathroom. Second room: mold in the bathroom, room not really clean. Dinner at the restaurant: staff was hiding behind the bar, it was almost self service as I had to go to the bar each time I wanted something. (It was me and a table of 4 women).

Im not so sure if i am going to stay there again, if i get to see a clearer to deal with hotel.

The name of the hotel and the name used when booking was really confusing, they could have clearly specified that in the site. I was surprised to be asked to pay for the parking of their free shuttle(?), why should i shoulder that? When i asked their staff about it, i was told that "only if i want to pay for it", which was also senseless. It was then that i realized how vague they are and how my future transactions with them will be. The staff assigned on my last day was very helpful though and accommodating when we had a little concern with our tour.

it was a memorable stay in puerto princesa

the location was near the city center and accessible to sm, baywalk, the immaculate conception church and more..the swimming pool was large enough and well taken care of(very clean). also the location was in a quiet neighborhood

i wish they would provide a thicker blanket

Hairs in the bed, plug socket IN the shower, food is the restaurant is AWFUL - DO NOT EAT HERE, damp bed, loud unnecessary music playing in the lobby from 8am, no atmosphere whatsoever. Would not return.

Karaoke Room (on 4th floor) is located above some of the bedrooms an 3rd floor....noisy! Noisy air-con in bedroom. Hotel Guest has to pay 20 php for airport parking fee?

the roof resturant and little pool securty gaurds are friendly

evreything with extra charge - another little bag of shampoo towl ect i bought my own in the mall. didnt like the staff - i paid extra charge for a key that was lost in my room

The room is simple and clean.

The room is simple and clean. Location is near SM Mall, it's very convenience. They afford free airport drop off service, it's really nice. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

Sometime wifi disconnect suddenly, then it's hard to reconnect.

Miss May was the best!

Miss May was the best! We were on our last day when the aircon broke, but she transfered us to deluxe which was too much I think but highly appreciated. Everyone was nice from the driver to the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant. Loved everything bit about them!

Good location , good service and clean hotel facilities

Location was perfect . Along main road .

Hotel confirmation reference number with total amount to be paid should be the same with what the hotel was asking . The reminder which was sent to me by ZEN rooms was lower than what the hotel asked me to pay . Your reminder was P 5,267 .00 but the your advise to the hotel was P 5,600.00 . This should not happen !

Staff very friendlyNd helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. Nice room-very clean.

Bathrooms should be updated they don’t match the modern style of the bedrooms but were still functional and clean enough. Hotel is actually called grande vista so was a bit hard to find as we were looking for a zen rooms sign. Unfortunately there was a mix up with our shuttle to the airport and we were taken past the airport (others in the bus were going to El Nido) luckily we noticed before it was too late and jumped into a tricycle back to the airport not a big deal but a bit inconvenient.
